A return request has to be made within 7 days from the date of delivery. Return requests will only be entertained in the following cases:

a)    Incorrect/defective item received.

b)    Damaged item received.

Delivery will be attempted three times, and then the shipment will come back to the store. Post that, you will have to pay the same delivery charge once more to get it delivered again.

Request for refund will only be entertained in the following cases:

a) Incorrect item received

b) Damaged item received

If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as per the website description, you will receive a full refund of the same amount in the invoice.

PS – If there is any problem with the delivery on your end, you will not be refunded anything, not even the shipping cost.

You will receive an invoice as well as a tracking number in your email after the payment for your order is processed.

Delivery in the UAE can take1 to 2 days. Delivery in the GCC can take 2 to 3 days.

The shipping cost is automatically calculated after you check out, depending on the weight of the shipment and the location of the delivery.

We don’t have the cash-on-delivery option available at the moment because of the COVID-19 pandemic, to ensure the safety of the customer, as well as our delivery partners. Only online payments are being accepted right now.

You will receive a copy of the invoice in your email, once your payment has been made and the transaction has been completed.

Your order can be cancelled only before shipping. Once the package is shipped, it is not possible to cancel your order.
