Our collection is intentionally limited. Not because there is a shortage of coffee worth exploring, but because we believe every coffee carrying our name should have a reason to be there.
Behind Every Cup A Process You Don't Have to Think About.
Before a coffee becomes part of our collection, it goes through a process that takes time, patience, and attention to detail.
We explore different origins, source green coffee beans, and roast them in-house. We then cup, compare, and evaluate each coffee, refining our approach and rejecting those that don't meet our expectations.
Some coffees stand out. Others don't make the final selection. And that's exactly the point.
Roasted In-House Every Detail Matters.
Our involvement doesn't end with selecting the green beans. We work exclusively with 100% Arabica coffee beans and manage our own roasting, allowing us to take a hands-on approach to developing each coffee's character.
From the selection of green beans to the final roast, every decision is made with intention. Because the difference is often found in the details.
